Traceability of course is a very important key element in our quality system. Especially after recent scandals in meat industry this is a serious topic. Together with our carefully selected suppliers we are working towards a fully implemented "from farm to fork" traceability system.
This allows Henningsen Nederland bv to offer the customers products from special origin such as:
- Organic
- Specific types of meat
- Specific geographical origin; for instance UK beef and chicken or Dutch beef and veal
We also offer a range of Higher Animal Welfare (H.A.W.) products.
